Agertved ApS accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, Cartes Bancaires, UnionPay, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Your payment will only be charged when the item is shipped. If you place a pre-order, the amount will be charged prior to delivery.
All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner), including VAT.
Agertved ApS uses an approved payment solution that encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorized parties can access your information.
Shipping costs are calculated and invoiced separately, as they vary greatly depending on the size and weight of the product.
You will be contacted by Agertved ApS with the shipping cost, which must be approved before the artwork is dispatched. The purchase can be canceled if you do not wish to accept the quoted shipping price.
All artworks are carefully and securely packaged to ensure safe transport.
You have a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.
Agertved ApS will cover return costs within reasonable limits for valid claims.

Parcels sent “cash on delivery” (COD) will not be accepted.
If a refund has been agreed, please provide your bank details so that the agreed amount can be transferred.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive your order.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
You must notify Agertved ApS of your withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, and the item must be returned within 14 days after you have given notice of withdrawal.

In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
If the item has been used beyond this, it will be considered used. In such cases, upon withdrawal, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item’s commercial value.
To receive a full refund, the item must be handled as if it were tried in a physical store.
